To the Class of 2021...
We met some of you as shy middle school students, just beginning the process of applying to high schools or trying to figure out Algebra. Some of you came to us as 9th graders, adjusting to the rigors of high school, worried already about the college process. Others joined TA as juniors, not yet aware of their capacity to learn the ACT or SAT.
However you came to us, we hope you learned what we have always known: that each of you has infinite capacity for growth and curiosity, that when met with compassion and concrete tools,
We know how much you’ve endured this past year and how much you have missed. Our wish for you is a first year of college filled with the normalcy of dorm life, laughter over shared late night snacks and classes together with new friends.
We can’t wait to hear all about freshman year.
